The State of the Nation (or the Nation of the State?)

The Terri Schindler-Shaivo case, despite its tragedy, helps to further point out the corruption within our court system. For over thirty years now our court system, which was meant to interpret the law and protect the innocent, has been allong innocent person after innocent person die painful deaths without their permission.
The United States of America was designed as a country where the states ruled the nation. Now, our courts have gained so much power for themselves that they are capable of legislating from the bench. We have a government ruled by a supreme court, which is made up of what amounts to a group of buerocrats!
The courts of the United States are corrupt beyond measure, and anything possible needs to be done to radically reform them. If all else fails, the people were given a right to a militia in order to rid our government of just such corruption.

Excellent. Your conversion to politics is complete.

Gov. Bush Washes Hands of Schiavo Matter
..."I find nothing deserving death in this woman, but I'm only the supreme executive of Florida," the governor told a crowded news conference. "Perhaps if our constitution called for a balance of powers to protect our citizens against judicial abuse, I could do something. But as it stands, she is in the hands of the judges. It's their job to determine what is truth. If she dies, it's not my fault."...
